The working principle of CG830i Stationary Gyratory Crusher, in short, is that the crushing cone in the crushing chamber does rotary swinging movement inside the equipment, and squeezes, twists and splits the materials entering the crushing chamber, so as to achieve the crushing of materials. Specifically, the main shaft of the equipment is installed on the bushing in the middle of the support measure inside the equipment, and the lower end of the main shaft is installed in the eccentric hole of the bushing. When the main shaft rotates, the crushing cone rotates around the eccentric shaft. As this circling motion is continuous, the equipment can efficiently crush materials with high productivity.
