Our History

In 1987, the company came into being. After eight years of steady development, the company ushered in an important turning point in 1995, moved to a modern production base, and achieved a qualitative leap in production capacity. Entering the new century, the company launched an innovative artificial sand making machine in 2000, leading the market trend. Subsequently, in 2001, the company successfully took the first step towards internationalization. The first equipment was successfully operated in Kazakhstan, and quickly expanded to Malaysia, Australia and other international markets, winning wide acclaim. In 2004, in order to accelerate the expansion of domestic and foreign markets, the company specially established the E-commerce Department and the International Trade Department.

In 2006, the company's three main crushing equipment were recommended by the Sand and Gravel Association, marking a significant improvement in technical strength. In the same year, the establishment of the group's five major centers marked the company's major transformation to a group management model. Since then, from 2007 to 2009, the company has continuously launched cutting-edge products such as VSI series sand making machine, HCS type and HP series cone crusher, and passed rigorous testing. Among them, VSI vertical shaft impact crusher and JCE series European version jaw crusher were rated as domestic leading level. At the same time, the successful development of mobile crushing station has opened up new areas for the company.

In 2012, the company's products passed the Russian GOST certification, further consolidating its international position. Many equipment have won the domestic leading technology assessment, demonstrating the company's outstanding achievements in the field of crushing and grinding. In 2013, the successful commissioning of the overseas intelligent sand and gravel production line and the first prize of the municipal scientific and technological achievements won by the VIS5X crusher won more international reputation for the company. In the following years, from VSI5X crusher to VU aggregate optimization system, to HPT hydraulic cone crusher, the company has continuously won scientific and technological awards and industry recognition, achieving a comprehensive leap from technological innovation to market application.

In recent years, the company has actively participated in industry exchanges, such as co-organizing the China Lime Association Conference to discuss the sustainable development of the industry. The VSI5X crusher not only won a special award, but also won the company double honors in the sand and gravel aggregate industry. In 2017, the HPT500 hydraulic cone crusher was recognized as a major technical equipment product in Shanghai, and the company was awarded AAA in the industry credit evaluation, becoming a benchmark enterprise in the national sand and gravel aggregate industry. In 2018, the company was awarded the title of Advanced Enterprise for Independent Innovation in China's Heavy Machinery Industry, and the building-type aggregate preparation equipment project won a national science and technology award again, demonstrating the company's continued leadership in technological innovation and market expansion.

In 2019, the company ushered in another milestone in technological development. After authoritative certification by the Chinese Society of Mechanical Engineers, its high-efficiency and long-life impact crusher technology has fully reached the international advanced level, especially in terms of high speed and long life performance. At the same time, the mobile crushing and screening technology and equipment are the best in China, and its heavy-duty frame support system technology is also on par with the international frontier.

Entering 2020, as the only supplier of limestone desulfurization agent preparation equipment, the company helped Pingshuo Power Plant successfully put into operation the world's first ultra-large capacity supercritical circulating fluidized bed unit, demonstrating strong technical strength and project execution. In the same year, the company won the double AAA credit rating evaluation of China's heavy machinery industry and sand and gravel industry, and won corporate and personal honors in many fields. The single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher project won the second prize of the National Building Materials Machinery Industry Science and Technology Award. In addition, the "Mobile Crushing and Screening Technology and Equipment" project also won the third prize of China Machinery Industry Science and Technology, further consolidating the company's leading position in the industry.

In 2021, many of the company's scientific research projects won awards again. The "Easy-to-maintain and High-efficiency Crushing Equipment Development and Industrialization" project won the third prize of Shanghai Science and Technology Progress, and another project won the third prize of Huaxia Construction Technology. The high-efficiency hydraulic cone crusher was rated as a national metal mining high-quality equipment brand equipment by the MCC Nonferrous Technology Platform, and the company was also awarded the title of "Leading Enterprise with Outstanding Contribution".

In 2022, the company's group company stood out in the top 20 list announced by the China Building Materials Machinery Industry Association and became the only representative of Henan Province in the professional field of sand and gravel aggregate equipment. In 2023, the vertical shaft impact crusher successfully completed the national patent product filing, with as many as 16 related patents, demonstrating the company's outstanding achievements in intellectual property protection. At the same time, the company was successfully selected as the "Leading Enterprise in Shanghai Pudong District in 2022" with its strong strength, laying a solid foundation for the goal of building a "10 billion enterprise".
